Incorporated in 2002, Cascade Property Development, LLC started operations in 2003. Within the first five months we have completed and sold one speculative home and started three large custom homes in some of the most desirable communities in the area. We have another three custom homes to start in the next couple of months. A home in Broken Top, and another in Awbrey Butte will be featured in the tour of homes in 04', a new start on top of Golden Butte may be on the Tour of Homes as well.

With such a successful start, we look forward to many years of serving our clients and participating in the community.
Tom Pryor, Owner, is continuing a building tradition started by his great grandfather in Maine. Tom started in the construction industry framing homes in 1979. After attending NJIT, he worked for many years supplying building materials and framing homes. In 1995 Tom moved to Oregon, accepting a general manager position with Copeland Lumber. In 2001 He began building his own home. Shortly afterward he accepted a position running a local custom home building business as project manager. After two years running that company, Tom decided to go out on his own and started Cascade Property Development. Through-out his many years of business, Tom has been committed to his client's satisfaction. "I enjoy working with clients, and fulfilling their dreams. Part of my job is to ensure our clients enjoy the process of building their new home." Tom serves on the Board of Directors of Central Oregon Builders Association, and is the chairman of the membership committee. He is also a member of the Bend Chamber of Commerce. "I believe in giving something back to both the community and the industry that supports me".
