The Deschutes Division of First American Title Insurance Company of Oregon is a branch operation of the largest title insurer in the State of Oregon. We date back to 1917 in Deschutes County and our parent company dates back to 1937 in Oregon. We are the oldest title insurer in Deschutes County and our parent company is one of the oldest in the nation. It opened in Orange County, California in 1889!

First American Title has five convenient offices in Deschutes County to serve you. Our Title, Customer Service, Marketing, Administration, Commercial Escrow, and Residential Escrow Departments are located in Bend at 141 NW Greenwood Avenue. We also have convenient escrow branches in Redmond at 1330 SW Highland Avenue, in Sisters at 392 E Main Street, Suite 1, and in Sunriver at the Sunriver Village Mall, Building 11. Additionally, we have affiliates throughout Oregon and the nation.
