Welcome to the official Webpage of the Crater Lake Council, the premier council of the western region, which serves 10 counties in Southern Oregon and Northern California covering 35,000 square miles.  The Council is divided into five Scouting districts with more than 2,200 adult volunteers providing a quality program for more than 5,300 youth. These families are supported by seven full-time professional Scout staff, three clerical support staff, two camp rangers, two Scout Camps and two Scout Shops. The Crater Lake Council provides ongoing adult and youth recruitment, adult leader training, year-round programs, fundraising and district-wide activities that support neighborhood programs.
