Dr. Loxley attended the
University of Alabama at
Birmingham's School of
Dentistry, graduating in 1994.
From 1994 until 2003, she
served as an officer in the U.S.
Army's Dental Corps with two
overseas tours of duty.
Selected for the U.S. military's
intensive Endodontic Specialty
Training Program in 1998, Dr.
Loxley attended both classes
and clinical training at the U.S.
Army's Tingay Dental Clinic and
the Medical College of Georgia
in Augusta. She completed her
residency program in 2000 and
then finished her U.S. Army
dental tour in Europe. Dr.
Loxley currently practices in the
beautiful city of Bend, Oregon.
