Greetings from a pearl-dusty cowgirl in Bend, Oregon! By way of introduction, I have been certified in jewelry techniques by the Gemological Institute of America (“GIA”) since 1993. My husband and I spent six years in Venezuela and while there I studied gemology through GIA as I became fascinated with the abundance of gemstones available. That course of study led me to knotting pearls and gemstone beads on silk thread, together with other techniques of jewelry making and ELIANA ORIGINALS was born. Several years ago we settled in Bend and spend our free time together horse camping with friends in the Cascade Mountains.  While much of my work is classic with pearls, gemstone beads and Swarovski crystals, you will see a definite “cowgirl” influence. I can order most any gemstones available, we are only limited by our imaginations.  And remember, some of my finest pieces started out as a family heirloom only to be redesigned and restrung for a truly contemporary look.
